    You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
    We want you to be 100% satisfied. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
