By booking a service with Blue House Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all cleaning services provided in Chicago and surrounding areas.
Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning, including standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and add-on services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to $50.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
Deposits may be required for certain services.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, the service may be canceled and a cancellation fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue.
Liability
We are insured, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed in advance.
Clients are responsible for securing valuables and breakables before service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. The most current version will always be available on our website.
